Ben let one rip when I was changing his diaper this morning. He laughed and laughed and laughed. I told him that was a "toot". His new word of the day is "toot". He was so excited by his toot that he demanded "again!" I'm sorry, son, but you just can't do that on demand. After several demands of "again!" and a failure to produce another toot, he had a tantrum meltdown.
You know, it's just impossible to discipline a child for throwing a tantrum when he's just upset he can't toot when he wants to. Oh, the despair! I cuddled him until he felt better about his gastrointestinal inadequacy.

What a great way to meet a Monday...actually, the cuddling your son while he had a meltdown sounded pretty good. Amazingly enough, I miss those days!
Oh man, that is hilarious! I get frustrated when I can't toot on command, too. Although, Kelly doesn't cuddle me and calm me down during those break downs. :(
That was way too funny. Shawn got after me - I was laughing so hard I interrupted his math class. After I read it to them, they were all laughing as hard as I. Thanks - I needed a good giggle today!!
Thank you, I also needed that laugh, desperately!!!! cute as ever!
Now that's just funny- and such a boy thing!!
Oh my goodness i have not laughed that har in a long time. Boys are so funny about thing like that wait till he learns how to make the noise with his mouth and makes it whenever he pleases, sometimes at the most in opertoon times.
