Joy in the Backyard

When we were running the sprinklers to make sure they all worked, Benji got a faceful of water. Trauma! But since every toddler needs to play in water when the weather gets hot, I made him a water table.

And more of the same:

Isn't the fascination with everything new so much fun in a toddler...cute pictures of a darling boy!

Da - you commented on the video that germs are good for the immune system -- but don't you remember the sage words from Diana -- "Germs turn into Worms!!!" You better get your facts straight! You better look into "Snopes" for your next editorial commentary! :-)

I wouldn't worry about germs too much. My kids repeatedly drank secondary water no matter how many times they were told not to, moved away or reprimanded. I turn my back and they were drinking it again. None of them ever got sick. And I really think it has helped with their immune system. THey don't get sick very often at my house.

But besides that, the only thinkg better than water fun is mud fun. They love that!
